About Us

Claire Sherborne started Claro in Jan 2004. She was born in the UK and moved to NZ in 2003. She found living in a country where she had no family and 2 young children, finding time for her own interests, she too wanted reliable babysitters to care for her own children. They needed to be affordable, yet had been properly checked out by an agency.

Since Claire announced she was moving back to the UK in Jan 2018, Karyn Pearce came forward to carry on supporting families and offering our reliable service from Manawatu, Wellington, Kapiti Coast and the Hutt.

Karyn has been a Claro sitter for over 10years.  She is a quailified nanny and mother herself.

We provide top quality nannies and evening babysitters that have been police checked, referenced and interviewed.
