Our babysitting service is very popular among our
clients (over 150 clients in Auckland & over 300 from
Kapiti - Wellington & this is growing every week.) This
is mainly due to the high standard of babysitters that
we have on our books.
We are seeking people who love children and love
being with them.

What does Claro expect from you?
The most important thing is that you stay in touch
with us, phone, email, and text. Let us know if your
requirements change, your address changes, or any other
details that may affect your availability & us getting
in touch with you.
Once we have provided you with details of a client
for a babysit please call them
to confirm the booking & to say hello. If you cant get through
keep trying. It is crucial you have that 1st contact
with a new family before meeting them.
We expect all our babysitters to act as professionals in
all aspects of their work. This means punctuality,
confidentiality and attention to detail in all areas of
your work. You will be caring for the families’ most
precious possessions and working in their homes.
Age: Babysitters must be at least 18 years old.
Experience: Our babysitters have a broad range of
childcare experience including babysitting, nanny
positions, day care employee etc. These positions need
to be verifiable through references.

register as a babysitter
What does the family expect from you?
A babysitter is responsible for the complete care of their
employer’s children during the time they are out of the
house. Duties can include anything from
tending to each child’s basic physical needs, providing behavioural
guidelines when appropriate, Bedtime routines & tidying
up from the day. Housekeeping
responsibilities are primarily child related. A
babysitter
must be able to communicate well with both children and
parents.
